Once you have made your submission, your abstract will be assigned an abstract number. Please refer to this abstract number in any further correspondence regarding your abstract submission. Once you have logged in to the system, you will be able to amend and revise your submitted abstract on the system up to the deadline date of 10 May 2019. So if any changes are made to your abstract, there is no need for re-submission.
Notification of acceptance/rejection of abstracts will be emailed by 30 June, 2019.
Abstracts should be 350 words or less, in English, and include topic, poster or platform preference, title (in capital letters, bolded), author names and affiliations, presenting author name and contact information.

Students, post-doctors and graduate students can apply for student award. You can apply when you submit an abstract.
A limited number of grants to cover partial cost of travel for speakers selected from abstracts to give oral presentations are available. Student and Early Career researchers, who would not otherwise be able to attend will be given priority. If no other funding is available to you, please note this on your abstract submission.
