All participants must register to attend the conference, either via online registration.
You can choose payment either by your credit card (via Paypal system) or bank transfer by 23:59 (JST) 31 Augusut 2019.
After your payment completed, your confirmation details will be available for you to view and print out from your “My page”. Please log in to your “My page” again with your ID number and password and click the "Payment history" button. Please bring a copy of your confirmation details as a printout or have it on your smartphone to the registration desk at the conference.
• Your name badge and receipt will be provided at the registration desk on-site.
• Online registration will be close at 23:59 (JST) 31 August 2019.
Cancellation of registration should be notified to the secretariat with a written form. The following cancellation applies.
Kindly understand that that additional handling costs will be subtracted from the refunded money. Any cancellation made after 15 August, 2019 will not be refunded.
