Registration type

We have two types of pass, for 1 day pass and 5 days pass.

  • 1 day pass : You can attend only 1 day you choose.
    You can register up to 2 days. 
    * We cannot issue invitation letter for visa for one day pass.
  • 5 days pass: 　Attendee registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, Pre-conference on 15 September, Reception. If you are going to attend 2 or more days, please choose　this pass.

Payment information

All participants must register to attend the conference, either via online registration.

You can choose payment either by your credit card (via Paypal system) or bank transfer by 23:59 (JST) 31 Augusut 2019.

Registration confirmation process

After your payment completed, your confirmation details will be available for you to view and print out from your “My page”. Please log in to your “My page” again with your ID number and password and click the "Payment history" button. Please bring a copy of your confirmation details as a printout or have it on your smartphone to the registration desk at the conference.

• Your name badge and receipt will be provided at the registration desk on-site.　
• Online registration will be close at 23:59 (JST) 31 August 2019.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of registration should be notified to the secretariat with a written form. The following cancellation applies.

Kindly understand that that additional handling costs will be subtracted from the refunded money. Any cancellation made after 15 August, 2019 will not be refunded.

Official Invitation Letter

Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate in the meeting should send a request for an official invitation letter to the18th_conference@pco-prime.com .

Please note that this letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding financial support from the organizers.
